Amigo cRaZyzMaN verifica a versão no próprio programa e não na página que se abre de inicio pois sei que isso aconteceu a muitos utilizadores ontem de noite, vai ao menu "help" e depois seleciona "about" pois pode ser a versão final.

Ainda estou a testar, e ainda só reparei num atalho na barra de marcadores com o nome "Mais Visitados" que deve ser um atalho para os sites que vamos mais vezes...

A terceira geração do navegador da raposinha traz mudanças e novidades há tempos aguardadas. São inovações em aspectos de interface, rapidez e melhoria no gerenciador de downloads, extensões (plugins) e muito mais.
Interface e melhorias
Uma modificação já percebida nas versões Beta do Firefox 3 é referente ao mecanismo de layout, substituída pelo Gecko 1.9, que afeta a forma de renderização de gráficos e textos, melhorando o desempenho, estabilidade, simplificação de códigos e suportes aos padrões da internet (ainda mais com os desenvolvimentos da Web 2.0). Em outras palavras, aumenta a velocidade do aumento nas páginas.
A desvantagem desta mudança fica em relação à incompatibilidade do software com Windows antigos, afetando usuários do Windows 95, 98 e ME, visto que o navegador não pode ser mais instalado nestes sistemas operacionais.
O suporte ao JavaScript 1.8 também está melhorado. Isso significa uma melhor execução de funções como vídeos, Flash e muito mais. Outra modificação encontrada na nova versão do Firefox refere-se aos botões na Barra de Navegação.
