Legendary adult star dies after several days in hospital as cause of death revealed
The Mexican actress died after several days in hospital where she was intubated and sedated in the days before her death, and she died at the age of 39, in the city of Pachuca
A well known adult actress has died in Mexico after a brief stint in hospital. Known for her work on digital adult platforms, Teresa Ferrer died at the age of 39, in the city of Pachuca, which is in the central state of Hidalgo.
The news of her death was confirmed across social media, where friends, colleagues, and fans expressed shock and sorrow. Ferrer - whose legal name was Grecia Indra Martínez Gutiérrez – was born in in Villa de Tezontepec, Hidalgo, on July 17, 1987.
According to local press, she was hospitalised in the intensive care unit in Pachuca General Hospital. She was diagnosed with pneumonia, with close sources adding she was intubated and sedated in the days leading up to her death. However, her family has not commented on the matter.
Teresa Ferrer started out as a hostess before venturing into the adult industry. In other news, an adult actress' death is being investigated as a suspected overdose after her body was discovered at her Hollywood home after a welfare check.
According to TMZ, Kylie Page died in her Los Angeles County home. The 28-year-old was discovered after a concerned phone call was made to the police by a friend, law enforcement sources said.
At the scene, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia were found at her home, where she was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services. Law enforcement sources said that no foul play is suspected at this stage.
As well as that, no official cause of death has yet been given, according to the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner.
Page starred in more than 200 adult movies since starting her career in the industry in 2016, working with major names such as Vixen Media and Brazzers.
In a statement, Brazzers posted on X: "The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing. Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Kylie’s family, friends, and fans during this difficult time."
She also appeared in the Netflix series "Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On," in 2017, in which she openly discussed her struggles with substance abuse.
A GoFundMe has been set up by her family to bring her body back to the Midwest and cover her funeral costs. The website reads: "This GoFundMe isn’t just about funeral expenses. It’s about bringing Kylie home. It’s about helping her family breathe through the shock, the grief, and the unimaginable reality they’re living in."
