Glam footballer Madelene Wright is on the move again after becoming a free-agent earlier in the summer - and she has now signed for a new club as fans hailed the 'baddie'
Glam footballer Madelene Wright has announced her latest career change.
The blonde bombshell is once again on the move after she found herself as a free agent after spells with Leyton Orient and Charlton. Wright, 26, has put pen-to-paper on a deal that will see her sign for Chatham Town - based in Kent.
Chatham Town shared on social media: "We extend a warm welcome to Madelene," sharing a snap of the stunner in her new kit. And fans were quick to flock to the comments section to praise her move.
"Congrats baddie! Can’t wait to come watch you play," one fan shared. While a second said: "Let’s go! Can’t wait for game day!"
"That’s your Twitter followers and attendances increased," a third joked. And another added: "Great stuff. Looking forward to future content..."
Madelene had turned out for Millwall and Charlton, before her contract was terminated at the latter when leaked images of her X-rated page were shared online.
In a club statement, the club admitted they were "disappointed with the behaviour which doesn’t represent the standards the team upholds."
The Addicks said that Madelene was "remorseful", and emphasised that they would provide the under-fire player with "support" despite her time as a player being over.
The stunner would fully focus on her new adult career - However, football was an itch that needed to be scratched, as she said upon returning to the game in 2024.
She was was soon back on the pitch playing for Chesham United Women after her short career break.
